We booked Dianna for our wedding for both cakes and photography, and we couldn't be happier! She was so easy to work with, and she really made sure our day ran smoothly. As for photography, Dianna did a great job of directing us and positioning us for photos. Two days after the wedding she had already sent us almost 30 sneak peeks, and they are gorgeous! She even made sure to send us some of the images we were most excited about as well as several version of the one that we want to use for our thank you card. We are so happy that we booked Dianna, and we will recommend her to everyone! The cake was beautiful. We had a very complicated image of what we wanted our cake to look like, and she knocked it out of the park. We went with the blueberry amaretto flavour and it was delicious!

My wife and I contacted Dianna for the photography and cake for our wedding. Dianna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (in the weeks/days leading up to the event, as well as the wedding day itself), offering suggestions/her expertise when necessary, while also tailoring the photography package and details of the cake to exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have hoped for better photos, which have immortalized our special day with family and friends perfectly... and not only was the red velvet cake she made delicious, but it looked amazing too (with mini figurines of my wife and I on top, to boot!). Thanks for everything Dianna... I'm sure this won't be the last time we contact you!

Dianna was amazing right from the first email! When we met with her she was excited about our wedding as we were! Her photography was exactly what we were looking for: fun, natural and unique. Her cakes are delicious! If we could have we would have gotten every flavour after taste testing them. She was very open to any ideas we had for both photos and cake. We loved her so much my husband and I decided to get family photos done with her once a year :)

Dianna is a very talented photographer. The pictures from our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding are absolutely breath taking. There were so many unique pictures that had special touches and sentimental memories. Would highly recommend her to capture your special day!

Dianna is beyond what is expected of a photographer on your wedding day. She came in and got straight to work on all the little things to get pics of from my purse, shoes, flowers, my niece getting her hair done. The photos we got back of the groomsmen were just stunning and showed character of each person. She got every shot we requested and a whole lot more, her creativity shines bright through her lens and it shows. There was a moment when the sunlight was coming through a few buildings and she grabbed the opportunity of that light to get some memorable moments. The compliments of her professional and caring personality was mentioned by every guest that interacted with her. And our cake was outta this world!! We booked Diana for our Wedding photography after meeting with her and seeing her fabulous portfolio! It really was beautiful. From that point on it was a pleasure working with her - she was so organized and helped us get lists ready for what we wanted shot on our big day. We had a Winter Wedding, so it was a little chilly to say the least, but Diana and Maddison were still super eager to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. They were great with family shots and had a lot of patience with how specific we wanted some shots. The morning after our wedding at 9am they had already posted a sample album for us to see and share - that was really impressive. We looked through them and were in awe of how great they turned out. When the full set came, the feeling of awe grew - their work was amazing! We would recommend Cakes and Takes - Kingston to anyone looking for great photos and a fun team to work with!

We cannot thank Dianna (and Maddy) for capturing our day and for providing 3 delicious kinds of cupcakes (plus a gluten free option, and a slab cake to cut into for our wedding day). Dianna was so easy to work with, we knew after our first meeting there was no other option for our cake and photography. Dianna provided us with some different options for cupcakes to try and choose from and gave lots of samples of shots she/Maddy took. They took the time to set up each shot and provided us with so many wonderful memories. The day after the wedding we had a quick glimpse into our day with photos Dianna fixed up and uploaded immediately. We then were provided with a set of at minimum 150 (sometimes upwards of 250) pictures a week, until now just over a month after our wedding we have all of our pictures! We cannot thank Dianna and Maddy enough. The price was perfect. Our family and friends are amazed with the efficiency and quality of photos provided. If you have a chance to work with them you will NOT be disappointed!!
